NOOOA does not provide visas, admissions, licences, payments, employment or investment services. Each company does, under its own name, its own terms and its own regulatory responsibility.

No guarantees

What no company can promise you.

These outcomes are decided by governments, regulators, institutions, employers and markets. Anyone who guarantees one is either mistaken or misleading you.

  • A visa, residence permit, work authorisation or any other immigration outcome. Those are decided by governments, on their own criteria, and no company can bind them.
  • A professional licence, registration or recognition of a qualification. Those are decided by regulators and professional bodies.
  • Admission to a university or programme, or the award of a scholarship. Those are decided by institutions and funders.
  • A job offer, a placement, or a hiring decision by any employer.
  • The outcome, return or preservation of capital in any investment. Investments carry risk, including total loss.
  • The completion, timing or cost of a payment, shipment or trade, where those depend on banks, carriers, customs or counterparties.
  • A processing time, queue position or decision date published by any third party.

This applies to the companies in the NOOOA ecosystem as much as to anyone else. If a company presented on this site ever guarantees one of the outcomes above, we want to know — use the reporting route below.

How we verify destinations

A company website appears on this site only after the holding has confirmed the address directly with that company.

Every company address lives in one file in this website’s source. It is not entered per page, so a card, the footer directory and a search result cannot disagree about where a company lives.

Until an address is confirmed, the field stays empty and the card renders Website coming soon. There is no fallback that guesses a domain, and no partial state where a link points somewhere approximate.

Outbound links open in a new tab, carry the destination domain in the visible interface, and are announced to screen readers as leaving noooa.com. NOOOA does not frame, mirror or proxy another company’s site.

No company website is published on this site yet. Every card currently states that plainly.

Operating commitments

Six things you can check for yourself.

Not badges or certifications. Each of these is a statement about how this website behaves, and each one is verifiable by using it.

We publish no figure we cannot evidence

This site carries no success rates, client totals, placement numbers, capital figures or awards. Where a number would strengthen a claim, we make the claim qualitatively or not at all.

CheckLook for a statistic anywhere on this site. There are two: three worlds and eleven companies, both countable from the ecosystem page.

We publish no testimonial or case study we have not verified

There are no client stories, quotations or named references on this site. Phase 2 removed the illustrative pathway descriptions rather than leave anything that could be mistaken for a real client outcome.

CheckSearch the site for a quotation or a client name. There are none.

We never publish an unverified web address

A company links to its own website only once the holding has confirmed that address with the company. Until then the card says “Website coming soon” rather than guessing a domain or linking somewhere approximate.

CheckEvery company card either carries a real domain next to its button, or states plainly that the site is not published yet.

We tell you when you are leaving this site

Every outbound company link is marked, opens in a new tab, and announces itself to screen readers as leaving noooa.com. We do not frame, mirror or proxy another company’s website.

The holding does not collect service documents

This website takes partnership and corporate enquiries only. It has no upload field, no payment page and no application form, and it asks for nothing beyond a name, an email address and a message.

CheckThe contact and partnership forms are the only inputs on this site. Neither accepts a file or a payment.

We correct what is wrong

If something here is unclear, out of date, inconsistent with a company’s own website, or simply wrong, we would rather hear it than have it stand. Reports go to the holding and are answered.

CheckUse the reporting route below. It goes to the same corporate address as every other enquiry.

Before you send anything

Six checks before documents, money or a signature.

This advice applies to any international provider, including the companies presented here. We would rather you use it than trust us by default.

  1. 01

    Confirm who you are dealing with

    You will be dealing with the operating company, not with NOOOA. Check the company name on its own website, in its terms, and on the invoice or agreement you are given. If those three do not match, stop and ask.

  2. 02

    Check the address you arrived at

    Follow the link from this site rather than from an email or a message. Then check the domain in your browser’s address bar matches the domain shown on the company card here.

  3. 03

    Get the scope in writing before you pay

    What is being done, what it costs in total, what is excluded, what happens if it is refused, and what is refundable. A company that will not put that in writing is telling you something.

  4. 04

    Send documents only through the company’s own secure process

    Never send passports, identity documents, financial records or immigration paperwork by email, messaging app, or through any form on this website. NOOOA never asks for them.

  5. 05

    Pay the company, never an individual

    Payments should go to a named business account belonging to the company you contracted with. Treat a request to pay a personal account, or to change bank details mid-engagement, as a reason to stop and verify by phone.

  6. 06

    Be sceptical of certainty

    Nobody can guarantee a visa, a licence, an admission or a return. A guarantee of any of those is the clearest signal that something is wrong — including if you ever see one from a company presented here.

Report something

Found something unclear, inconsistent or wrong?

Tell us. That includes a description that does not match a company’s own website, a link that goes somewhere unexpected, a claim that reads as a guarantee, or anyone using the NOOOA name in a way that seems wrong.

What happens next

Reports are read by the holding, not routed to the company being reported. We answer within two working days, and we correct the site rather than argue with the report.
