Privacy notice

What NOOOA collects when you use this site or write to us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Updated1 September 2026

01Who is responsible

NOOOA is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. NOOOA is an international holding company; the individual companies in the ecosystem operate their own websites and are responsible for the data they collect there.

This notice covers noooa.com only. When you follow a link from this site to a company’s own website, that company’s privacy notice applies from the moment you arrive.

02What we collect

When you send a partnership or corporate enquiry we collect the name and email address you give us, the organisation and partnership type if you select them, and the message you write. Nothing else is required. We do not ask for identity documents, financial details or immigration history through this website.

When you browse the site we receive the technical information any web server receives — request URL, timestamp, approximate location derived from IP address, and browser type — for security and to understand which pages are used.

We record when an outbound link to a company website is followed, so we know which parts of the ecosystem visitors are looking for. That record is aggregate and is not tied to an identifiable person.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertising networks.

03Why we use it

Enquiry details are used to answer you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and — where an enquiry becomes an agreement — the performance of a contract.

Technical and aggregate usage information is used to keep the site available, secure and useful. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website.

04Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the people at NOOOA who handle partnerships and corporate correspondence. Because this site does not take service enquiries, your message is not routed into an operating company unless you ask us to introduce you — and we will tell you before we do.

We use service providers for hosting and email delivery. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We will name a processor on request.

05International transfers

NOOOA operates across borders, so personal data may be processed in a country other than the one you are in. Where that happens we rely on a transfer mechanism approved under the applicable data protection law, and we will describe the mechanism on request.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are retained for two years and then deleted, so we can recognise a returning correspondent and answer in context.

Where an enquiry becomes an agreement, records are retained for the period required by the applicable accounting and corporate record-keeping rules. That period is set by law rather than by us.

07Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our using it on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Write to hello@noooa.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

08Changes

If we change this notice materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects an enquiry you have open with us, tell you directly.

Questions about this notice go to hello@noooa.com.
